Save the Date! Garrett County Artist Studio Tour

It’s hard to think about summer, but it will be here before we know it.

Save the Date!

Please save the date for the weekend of July 22nd and 23rd, 2023, for the annual Garrett County Artist Studio Tour. The Studio Tour allows you to meet and greet with the talented artists in and around Deep Creek Lake and Garrett County in their studios.

One of my favorite events of the year, my studio will be open and ready with new art.

Below is a sneak peek at an untitled piece that might be on view, provided it does not find a new home beforehand.

Stay tuned to this website and my social media for more details over the coming months.

The Cove

The Cove is a watercolor on canvas and based on scenery around Deep Creek Lake in Garrett County, Maryland. The Cove can be seen hanging currently at the Garrett County Performing Arts Center in McHenry, Maryland.

I’ve started putting together images showing my work hanging in different spaces in order to give you and idea of what these pieces look like on the wall. Below is one I put together with “The Cove.” If you’d like to purchase this artwork, please contact the Garrett County Arts Council.

Thank You!

Thank you to everyone who stopped out for the Studio Tour this past weekend! It’s always great to see you and I appreciate the support.

If you weren’t able to stop by, and would like to visit, I’d be happy for you to do that. Please call or email to schedule a time.

Golf Gallery

One of the features of a service I use, Artwork Archive, is that I can organize my work into different galleries or “viewing rooms”, as they are called. Over the past few years, I’ve started to create work around my love of golf. Now there is enough art of this subject matter to organize into a viewing room. You can visit this link to see all of my work around the game.

This new watercolor on canvas is Up and Down, sized at 30″x15″.
