I’ve been a member of the Deep Creek Lake Yacht Club at Turkey Neck for a long time. Twenty-one years ago, a group of members gathered up items and stored them away in a time capsule to open in 2020. After the pandemic delayed the opening by a year, the Club finally cracked it open in August. Much to my surprise, a small piece of my art was inside the capsule. Below is a display they made with some of the items, where you’ll see the small work of art alongside a closer look at the image.
